I’m Florian Sroczynski, a Lead/Senior Product Designer with over 10 years of experience designing digital products. Throughout my career, working in-house (8 years), as a full-time freelancer (2 years), and within agency (1 year), I’ve worked on a wide range of projects that have helped me build strong expertise in Product Design and a deep understanding of SaaS environments.

I’m a Product Designer focused on SaaS, with a strong bias toward solving complex problems through simple, thoughtful experiences.
I was the Founding Designer at a startup that grew into a scale-up generating €14M+ in ARR. Being the first designer meant owning the entire design function, from product discovery and UX/UI to building a Design System from scratch, shaping product strategy, and eventually hiring and leading a design team.
I now work with early-stage SaaS companies as a freelance Product Designer, helping founders and teams turn ambiguous problems into clear product experiences. Depending on the stage and needs, that can mean getting hands-on with the product, defining a design strategy, setting up the foundations of a scalable Design System, or helping build and grow a design team. I’ve always loved the complexity of product design.
To me, every product is a big puzzle: a collection of interconnected problems, constraints, and opportunities. My job is to understand how the pieces fit together and turn them into an experience that feels simple, coherent, and effortless.
